It's handy base for sightseeing and exploring Tokushima. The restaurant was located within 400 feet. Great stay, we had everything needed.

This hotel has super comfortable rooms and great facilities like a laundromat. It's incredibly clean with towels and toiletries replenished daily. The best part is the breakfast buffet which offers a wide variety of healthy options. The hotel staff is always ready to assist me in planning my journey. The location is perfect, as it's within walking distance from the train and bus stations and is situated right next to a shopping center.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to several transport options and plenty of nearby shopping and dining options. The farewell dinner we had at the Shangri La restaurant was enjoyable, with delicious food and attentive staff. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and the rooms were comfortable.
The quality of cleanliness in the room was lacking, with dust in areas that had not been properly cleaned.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main train and bus station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was sparkling clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during my entire stay. I also loved that the breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious and healthy options.
Although the room was comfortable, it was a bit small for my liking. the air vent in the room made a loud rattling noise when the AC was set to medium or high.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the train and bus stations, which made getting around the city very easy. The free umbrella offered by the hotel was also very useful during the rainy days.
My stay at the hotel during the New Year was not enjoyable. Although the staff was friendly, they seemed very disorganized during the holiday season.
